Job description for Performance Management Officer at PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia
- Fully understand the Company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the assigned period of time
- Manage Performance Management cycle to ensure the process and result align to company objective
- Work along with related team leaders to build up all employees’ OKRs in relation to the agreed Company’s OKRs
- Proficiency in problem identifications, formulate and execute action plans (methods, implementations, best practice)
- Understands business process for each functions (role contributions)
- Work closely with People Development to linking performance with grading needs
- Ensure the performance management process is executed smoothly at scale
- Partner with the People Development & Rewards Management and communicate initiatives clearly and comprehensively to executives, leaders, and the entire organization
- Keep all relevant teams and stakeholders up-to-date and aware of project/program launches and opportunities for collaboration and improvement
- Culture shaping in Bobobox
- Will be solely responsible in the PM role. Will play the 'advisor' role also in terms of formulating OKR dept. Ensuring & monitoring all OKR (company & dept) are cascaded to individual level.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university, post graduate degree with social science or business administration major background is preferred
- Solid 3-5 year experiences with responsibility exposure in handling the end to end Performance Management cycle from fast-pace-natured industry and has work exposure experiences in other HR areas such as HR Business Partner, Compensation. Competencies Development are preferred
- Experienced in proposing changes, designing and championing performance management implementatio
- Excellent knowledge and comprehensive understanding of performance management skill as well as integrated human resources management
- Strong initiatives, Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication and facilitation skill, good time management
- Understands OKR (method and implementation), SMART method, Balance scorecard
- Proficiency in designing and implementing master competency.
