Requirements:

S1 Psikologi (diutamakan Psikologi Industri & Organisasi).

Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang People Development / HR.
Memahami konsep training, learning & development, dan organizational development.
Terbiasa mengelola program training atau people development initiatives.
Pengalaman di perusahaan IT/teknologi menjadi nilai tambah.
Pengalaman handle program training end-to-end dan/atau memiliki sertifikasi HR (TNA, L&D, dll) menjadi nilai plus.
Willing to work WFO di Cipondoh, Tangerang.
