Job description for PATTERN MAKER (GARMENT MANUFACTURE) at Trend Studio Bali
Required Skills/Abilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker (experience in swimwear or stretch fabric preferred).
Basic knowledge in pattern software is preferable.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of garment construction.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Passionate about swimwear and fashion manufacturing.
TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing and adjusting digital and manual patterns for swimwear.
Ensure patterns align with design specifications, size charts, and fabric characteristics.
Support sample development and fitting sessions.
Collaborate closely with designers, sample makers, and the production team.
Maintain and organize pattern libraries and related documentation.
Provide technical support to ensure quality and fit consistency across styles.
