Responsible for the delivery of the entire patient's cashless journey at the hospital.
Responsible for assisting and escorting Halodoc patients at the hospital.
Work closely with hospital departments including customer care, registration, cashier, pharmacy, and nursing staff to deliver excellent in-hospital services to Halodoc patients.
Coordinate with the internal Halodoc team to ensure seamless operations and patient support.
Responsible for generating accurate reports using the designated system.

Possesses at least a Diploma (D3) in a healthcare-related field
Professional and presentable appearance
Has experience working as front office staff in a hospital
Strong communication skills
Familiar with hospital patient flow and procedures
Willing to work on a shift schedule
Based in Jabodetabek
Female candidates are preferred
Mandatory: Experienced in handling admission, cashiering, and insurance processes in a hospital setting
Mandatory: Experienced in handling patients end-to-end (from registration to discharge process)
