  • Pendidikan minimal SMK Tata Boga, Diploma Kuliner, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman 0–2 tahun di bidang pastry, bakery, atau dapur profesional (lulusan baru dengan pengalaman magang dipersilakan melamar).
  • Memahami teknik dasar pembuatan pastry, cake, bread, cookies, dessert, dan dekorasi sederhana.
  • Mampu mengikuti resep dan standar operasional (SOP) dengan konsisten.
  • Memahami standar kebersihan, sanitasi, dan keamanan pangan (food hygiene).
  • Mampu mengoperasikan peralatan dapur dan peralatan pastry dengan aman.
  • Memiliki ketelitian, kreativitas, dan perhatian terhadap detail.
  • Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun secara mandiri.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur.
  • Memiliki fisik yang sehat dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan serta memenuhi target produksi.
