Job Description :
- Identify and approach potential partners through inbound and outbound channels.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership process, from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to deal closing.
- Coordinate with hiring partners to connect bootcamp student with relevant hiring opportunities and support the placement process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partnership execution.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, reports, and other partnership-related administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership pipelines, follow-ups, meeting notes, and reports.
- Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, or other external activities when needed.
- Achieve partnership targets and contribute to business growth.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, Account Management, Sales, or similar roles (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in approaching new prospects and building professional relationships.
- Able to manage business opportunities from initial outreach until deal closing.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written, for professional business communication.
