Role Description The Partnership Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing partnerships with brands, communities, creators, and other strategic stakeholders aligned with Indonesian culinary culture. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential partners, preparing proposals, conducting outreach, and maintaining regular communication with existing partners. The Partnership Officer will coordinate partnership campaigns and events, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals and expectations. The role also involves collaborating with content, marketing, and event teams to develop joint initiatives, tracking partnership performance, and preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, with experience building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Proven Project Management capabilities, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor partnership activities and campaigns.
- Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple partners, deadlines, and internal coordination effectively.
- Experience in media, community development, events, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with Indonesian culinary culture and local creative communities is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
