Job description for Partnership Manager at Mythic Protocol

Mythic Protocol Project is a forward-thinking IP, built to expand toward the open metaverse. Planned to release in the form of games, comics, to a cinematic universe. The first project for Mythic Protocol Project is an exhilarating gameplay-first roguelike ARPG with blockchain technology.
We are looking for a Partnership Manager responsible for supporting the growth of our cutting-edge capitalization table and equity solutions stack by growing relationships with existing and new partners. This role will foster relationships with the startup ecosystem of partners from accelerators to law firms to drive awareness and adoption of our products.
The Partnerships Manager will report directly to the Chief of Growth and work closely with the Brand/Growth team to build strong relationships with customers in the Blockchain and web3 ecosystem. We are looking for a partnerships leader who can help to implement and refine our strategy, drive integrations, and establish commercial and promotional partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and assist in business development and partnerships with our most critical vendors to drive awareness and adoption across the channel partners.
- Own end-to-end intro calls, positioning, negotiation, and/or deals with partners, which includes involving all relevant internal team members.
- Own and build engagement cadence and quarterly business reviews with partners and identify opportunities.
- Establish execution timelines, drive initiatives forward, and participate in relevant branding and partner events.
- Set strategy, define and measure metrics, optimize channel performance and grow partner channels that demonstrate the highest impact on our business results.
- Work with Legal and Marketing teams on contract management and marketing collateral to engage partner communities.
- Find opportunities for expansion and partnerships, as well as strategic partnerships, Work with product, marketing, content, and communication teams to organize developer events, and forums, write and drive community engagement Channel partner feedback back to the product team
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, program management, venture capital, consulting, or business operations/strategy
- Passionate about crypto and know what’s happening in the space
- Have a solid crypto network (protocols, liquidity providers, etc.).
- Have experience developing businesses to build, nurture and grow relationships with business and technical leaders
- Have excellent product and commercial instincts that will help inform our roadmap of products and programs
- Driven and results-oriented, but humble and self-aware
- Experience managing and negotiating with partners to create successful relationships and business outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, networking, relationship-building, negotiation, and the ability to read a situation, listen, frame a conversation, and pitch when necessary.
