Job description for Partnership Manager (Brands/Clients) Intern at Wogi
WOGI is a digital gifts and rewards catalogue management company. WOGI aggregates the top brands in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Philippines and Indonesia. We provide a complete digital gifts and rewards ecosystem linking enterprises, brands and end-consumers in an innovative way. We encompass the entire procurement chain from connection, order and delivery to redemption and tracking and power the top loyalty and rewards programmes across Asia. WOGI Real-time API service, on-demand on-line Application service and Rewards Redemption Service is already used from Telcos, Insurance companies, Rewards, Banks, Incentive providers and many more.

This role will help us to grow our portfolio of brands and clients as well as manage the day to day relationship with the existing brands and clients in Singapore. You'll work closely with our Partnership team.
The period for the intern is 6 months - full time (5 days a week)
Job Description/Responsibility
- Assist the Partnership team - Partnerships with identifying the right partner through utilization of in-house and third-party data analytics and research tools to identify and prioritize prospective partners.
- Confidently perform cold outreach initiatives to identified potential partners through social media channels, personal contacts, emails and phone calls, with the objective of securing a face-to-face meeting or video conference call to pitch to potential partners.
- Maintain the Partnerships and Sales databases by ensuring timely update of information and documents and to assist with the follow up of potential and existing Partnership accounts.
- Assist in the tracking, analysis and reporting of Partnerships and Sales accounts through Microsoft Excel performance dashboards and share findings and feedback internally with Partnerships and Sales teams.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

· Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
