Job description for Partnership Development Associate at Kodegiri
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Engage with at least 25 potential or existing partners daily, both virtually or in-person.
2. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as CEOs, Partnership Officers, and PICs from partner companies.
3. Collaborate internally to align partnership goals with company strategy, and contribute to group targets.
4. Attend meetings, networking events, and follow up on partnership opportunities.
5. Work closely under the guidance of the Chief Partnership Officer and CEO to refine your skills.
6. Focus on long-term relationship building rather than short-term sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience, preferably in business, marketing, or related fields (open to all majors).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about relationship building.
4. Good time management with ability to meet engagement targets.
5. Interest in business development, partnerships, or strategic collaboration is a plus.
6. Willing to work in Jakarta under a hybrid setup.
7. High integrity and commitment to long-term goals.
