Job description:
- Responsible for court (tennis and padel) occupancy and event management
- Ensure an excellent customer journey and experience
- Oversee the skills, discipline, and performance of receptionists
- Supervise the performance of vendors and social media activities
- Prepare sales and event performance reports.
- Provide support and coordination for other departments/business units
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in the sports center, hospitality, or event industry
- Strong leadership skills with a hospitality mindset
- High integrity and honesty
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Female candidates are preferred, maximum age 35
- Highly organized with creative eye for detail, proactive and possess a strong passion for sales and event
