Job description for Part time Server at PT Pancious Tirta Jaya
PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated and experienced Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages in a professional manner, and being attentive to the needs of guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Greet and assist customers at the cashier counter in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register, POS systems, and handle various payment methods (cash, debit, credit, e-wallet)
- Issue receipts, invoices, and manage billing processes
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
Qualifications:
- High school, diploma or equivalent
- Min. 1 year of experience working in as a Server, Crew Service, Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Staff, Greeter, Cashier, etc.
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Will be placed according to domicile: Emporium Mall Pluit.
- Schedule: WEEKEND ONLY.
