Part-Time Barista

We are looking for a Part-Time Barista to join our team and help us deliver excellent service and high-quality beverages. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a dynamic café environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and café beverages with consistency and care
• Provide warm, attentive, and friendly customer service at all times
• Assist with café operations, including cashiering, cleaning, and restocking supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bar area
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming café atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

• At least prior training as a Barista (formal or on-the-job)
• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
• Must be able to communicate in English (spoken; additional languages a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be based in Bali
