Role Overview:
I am looking for a reliable, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join my team on a part-time basis. This role offers high flexibility and is ideal for someone who can manage her own schedule while ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Schedule & Compensation:
Commitment: 3 days per week.
Hours: Approximately 6 hours per day (18 hours per week, negotiable).
Flexibility: Flexible working hours/arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and management using Google Sheets.
- Organizing digital files and maintaining clear records.
- Assisting with basic scheduling or email correspondence.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets: Basic formulas, formatting, and data organization.
- Independent: Proven ability to work without constant supervision and meet deadlines.
