Job description for Parents Advisor at FL HAUS
You will be responsible for re-selling FL Haus and generating referrals by building long-term relationships with customers, timely communication about students' study progress, resolving emergent concerns or questions, and ensuring that customers' needs are met.
• Building trust relationships with students and their parents
• Re-selling core courses to customers
• Daily communication with customers about their concerns and questions
• Generating referrals
• Updating customers on students' progress, assigned homework, and covered in class
• Consistently informing customers about all necessary information and changes.
• Preparing and delivering parent-facing events following the suggested framework
• Recording all the necessary group-, student- and parent-management operations
• Observing lessons to understand students' performance better, sharing with their parents

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent with a Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
