Job description for Paid Social and Search Marketer (Semi-Remote in Singapore) at Hydragun Pte Ltd
- Hydragun (massage gun)
- HeatPulse Knee Massager (heated vibration massager for knees, elbows, shoulders)
- Hydragun Atom (mini massage gun)
- HeatPod (sauna blanket).
- Strategizing and mapping out the full funnel strategy, core target audience and primary marketing channels
- Producing video and image ad creatives for Paid Social Media
- Coming up with ideas and scripts for in-house or 3rd party UGC content creators to produce videos for
- Working with video editors/graphic designers to produce quality video and image assets
- Copywriting
- Writing headlines, descriptions, captions for ads
- Writing presell landing pages that narrow down and tailor the core marketing message to specific niches/groups of people
- Campaign structure and setup
- Coming up with campaign structures and adset targeting on Facebook or Google that make sense, according to the strategy
- Ad management, budget optimization will be handled by an assistant

- 3+ years of experience with digital marketing
- Highly motivated, passionate, results-oriented
- Fast worker, multi-tasker
- Digital marketing in ecommerce is very fast-paced and will often require you to meet tight deadlines
- Basic people management skills
- Not expected to lead huge team but there will be several people under your lead
- Strong communication skills
- Strong command of the English language
- You will be expected to do a fair bit of copywriting
- Strong analytical skills
- You will need to analyse and interpret data reported in the dashboard/ads manager, and draw conclusions/hypothesise the best course of action
- Perseverance
- Digital marketing is a 10/90 or 20/80 field - Most of the things you test will fail and the rate of success is very low
- You will have to be able to accept failure on a regular basis and be willing to re-iterate on your ideas and marketing tactics/strategies constantly
- Full-time role
- This marketing position is one of the most crucial within the Hydragun organisation - therefore we have a strong preference for hiring within Singapore so that you can work more closely with our other two marketing leads to discuss strategy in a live setting
