About The Role
The Paid Advertising Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns through Google, Microsoft Ads, Display Networks, and paid social platforms.
Job Description :
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
- Setting up Facebook Pixels, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, etc
- Planning, maintaining, optimizing and scaling marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads
- Managing Paid Ads budget and overseeing the day-to-day execution
- Providing insights into campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities through weekly report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, etc)
- Doing A/B testing and research for performance campaign with creative, data, platform, placement
Job Requirement :
- +1 year experience in online performance marketing especially Facebook / SEM / Shopping / GDN / Programmatic Display
- Fast learner, structured thinking, and able to work in high pace environment
- Excellent analytics & problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data to insights
- Solid knowledge of FB Ads, Google Ads and web analytics tools
- Good communication skills, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
