Requiremments:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree (Management, Sports, Business, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Manager (in sports, gyms, or hospitality is a plus).
- Understanding of the fundamentals of padel (rules, competition systems, community culture).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing & branding strategies, especially for new businesses
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Accustomed to working with targets and KPIs.
- Able to manage a team and operations independently.
- Communicative, proactive, and service-oriented.
