REQUIREMENTS

Male
Minimum padel level/ranking: Silver or above
Minimum 1 years of experience as a coach or player
Strong understanding of padel techniques and game strategy
Able to coach players of all levels
Communicative with a strong coaching mindset
Disciplined, responsible, and a team player
Coaching certification is a plus
Able to grow community
Physically and mentally fit
