PACKAGING MATERIAL PURCHASING STAFF - IMPORT
Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in purchasing import for packaging
- Interested & following the trend of cosmetics & skin care
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities related to the work being handled
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms & pricing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of import process
- Good command of English (both written and spoken), being able to speak mandarin is a plus.
- Good attitude, Responsive, proactive and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang
About the Job:
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure smooth purchasing process from PO until goods delivered (QC passed)
- Review & maintain supplier information data base
- Source & evaluate new & existing suppliers
- Maintain & update purchasing report & record
- Coordinate with suppliers, forwarder & internal team
- Maintain relationship with suppliers
- Prepare, manage and coordinate import shipment from origin to destination
