Job description for Overseas Nursing Scholarship at Synergy Wicaksana Technology
OVERSEAS NURSING SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY IN SINGAPORE
- Diploma course (3 years) in reputable healthcare Polytechnic.
- Tuition fees and accommodation (hostel) are covered.
- One-time settling fee upon arrival in Singapore, equal to ~IDR 23,000,000.
- Monthly allowance equal to ~IDR 12,500,000.
- Opportunities for practical experience within the community.
- Scholarship recipients are required (mandatory contract term) to work in appointed Singapore hospital for 6 years after graduation.
Minimum Entry Requirements (MER):
- Minimum SMA Year 12 (SMK / STM are unfortunately ineligible).
- Candidates must be below 25 years old.
- Final score of 70 for 3 mandatory subjects: English, Mathematics, Science
- Final score of 70 for 2 additional relevant subjects, except / excluding Civic & Religion, Visual Arts, Sports
- As an alternative to English school subject in no.2, applicants may use / add other English language proficiency test results:
- IELTS (min. score 6.0 for all individual components; Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
- TOEFL (min. score 78 for internet based test)
- IGCSE English as First Language (min. grade C)
After applying and passing the MER criteria, candidates will be invited to:
- Preparation briefing (online, in English).
- Day 1; 18 August 2026: Compulsory English test (duration 1 hour 15 mins).
- Day 2; 19 August 2026: Oral English test & Interview for those who passess the Day 1 test.
- Day 3; 20 August 2026: Deed / agreement signing for those who passess the Day 2 test.
Location: To be confirmed in Jakarta.
*Selected candidates will begin their journey by compulsory English course in Singapore (January 2027),
before the start of Nursing Polytechnic class begins in April 2027.
