Overseas Key Account Sales (AI Hyperscaler IDC Colocation & Power Leasing)

Reporting to: APAC Regional Head

We work closely with leading US tech giants including OpenAI, Google, Oracle, XAI, Meta, Microsoft, and Amazon, enabling our clients to rapidly deploy, stably scale, and efficiently operate their computing power infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities
1. Drive business development and manage customer relationships for data center colocation and power leasing services, targeting top US AI hyperscalers, cloud providers, and supercomputing centers.
2. Own the full sales cycle independently, including lead generation, requirement gathering, solution design, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and order follow-up.
3. Align with US time zones for communication, deeply understand clients’ computing, power, and data center deployment requirements, and deliver professional tailored solutions.
4. Achieve assigned sales targets, maintain long-term strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.
Requirements
1. Based in Singapore with valid work authorization, and available to start employment as soon as possible.
2. Minimum 3 years of B2B key account or overseas sales experience; prior experience in IDC, data center, colocation/power leasing, computing infrastructure, or cloud services is highly preferred.
3. Existing connections with top US technology/AI enterprises or proven track record of successfully onboarding such clients is a strong advantage.
4. Fluent in English (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to conduct independent negotiations, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations in English.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with strong commercial negotiation and cross-regional communication skills, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced cross-border work environment.
Compensation & Benefits (Above-Market Standard)
Monthly Salary: SGD 7,500–11,000 (base + performance + commission, uncapped earning potential)
