Job Description:
1. Fully responsible for the daily independent/team operations of the outlet.
2. Prepare products and serve orders in accordance with quality standards.
3. Handle sales, take orders, and provide friendly service to customers.
4. Perform daily cash reconciliation and operate the cashier (MOKA system).
5. Maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and hygiene of the outlet area at all times.
6. Comply with all regulations and standard operating procedures (SOP) applicable at the outlet.
Job Requirements:
1. Male / Female, aged 18–25 years old.
2. Minimum education of SPM / High School / Vocational High School or equivalent.
3. Experience in the F&B or Retail industry is preferred.
4. Honest, meticulous, agile, and responsible.
5. Possess good communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers.
6. Fast learner, energetic, and disciplined.
7. No personal mobile phone usage during working hours.
8. Physically fit and able to work well in a fast-paced/busy environment.
9. Having own transportation for easy commuting to the outlet is preferred.
