- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organizational Development or Performance Management.
- Proven experience in structuring and implementing Performance Management Systems.
- Skilled in aligning and cascading KPIs to individual levels.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong data analytics capabilities with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Solid business acumen with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate the company’s vision, mission, and values across all organizational levels.
- Design organizational structures, policies, and SOPs to support business effectiveness.
- Build and sustain company culture through engagement and training programs.
- Develop and manage performance management systems, including KPI formulation and cascading.
