Terbuka untuk lulusan baru (fresh graduate)

Memiliki fisik yang prima, kuat berdiri dalam waktu lama, dan tidak memiliki riwayat asma atau alergi terhadap serbuk kayu dan bau bahan kimia

Diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang manufaktur kayu (seperti plywood, veneer, atau furniture)

Mampu mengoperasikan mesin-mesin produksi perkayuan (mesin cutting, assembly, sanding, atau painting)

Memiliki kesadaran dan disiplin tinggi dalam menerapkan standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3)
