Job Descriptions
- Build and maintain technical equipment and samples. Ensure the LIVE effect. Manage the technical process in the LIVE process, including the switching of LIVE images, the adjustment of audio & video quality, etc.
- Prepare for LIVE, LIVE follow-up, distribute coupons, and record problems.
- Data analysis and review of LIVE, providing suggestions for LIVE optimization direction.
- Monitor LIVE data, control the rhythm of LIVE, including the number of viewers, GPM, interaction situation, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate from Communication, IT, Mathematics, Marketing, Broadcasting, Art, or any related field). With relevant experience, in E-Commerce Digital Live Streaming, especially TikTok & Shopee.
- Familiar with Tiktok & Shopee algorithms and operational rules.
- Skill software; TikTok Live Dashboard and other(s) Microsoft Office software; Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
- Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to coordinate and handle problems in the LIVE process.
- Experienced in Fashion Industry is preferred.
- Willing to be placed at Tegal Alur, West Jakarta, with Full WFO system.
