We are looking for an efficiency-driven Operations Supervisor to streamline our workflows, maintain strict compliance, and champion our healthy food mission!
🚀 Role Mission & Key Responsibilities
As a core operational anchor on our floor, you will oversee daily operations across all vegan concepts and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow for the entire team.

🛡️ Compliance & Standards: Ensure all staff strictly follow SOPs, exact recipes, and specialty vegan food handling standards.
🔑 Operational Readiness: Conduct thorough daily opening and closing checks for cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment functionality.
🧼 Hygiene Monitoring: Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety compliance, and team personal hygiene standards.
📦 Inventory Control: Ensure proper food storage, clear labelling, temperature control, and strict FIFO stock rotation.
📉 Waste Reduction: Manage inventory ordering, receiving, stock control, and wastage reduction to optimize profitability.
👥 Talent Development: Train, coach, and develop staff with a sharp focus on building versatile multi-concept skills.
💖 Service Excellence: Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve operational issues promptly on the spot.
🛠️ Requirements & Qualifications
Eligibility: Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PR), or Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders are preferred and will have an added advantage.
Experience: Preferably with supervisory experience in fast-casual or multi-concept F&B operations.
Certifications:WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Required). 📜WSQ Food Safety Level 3 / Food Hygiene Officer Certification (Preferred). 🎖️
Schedule: Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on a 44-hour work week (5.5-day structure). ⏰
