Job description for Operations Manager at Annam Group
- Accountable for efficient forecast process (timing, meeting, data input from Sales Team)
- Ensure process implementation along all major company project impacting Foodservice Department (MS 365, Oro e-Commerce, etc…)
- Conduct day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation across multiple teams: Metabase (Dataviz), E-commerce, 365 (Data management and transferring), Montclair
- SOP accountable for Foodservice Business
- Building the SOP to adapt organization’s processes remain legally compliant formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data, Sales analysis and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets, costs (including costing, price strategy), catch the market trend (Customer and Products Matrix)
- Pro management Modules for the Ops team (11 people: Sales and MKT admin, Data Analysis, Demand, Logistic, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Purchasing (Local and Import), Product Visa Registration and Budget Controller) to corporate well with other Departments.
- Ensure of the quality of service providing to customers, including but not limited: customer services, staffs, delivery, and procedure for business cases in B2B
- Liaise with Marketing for the budget tracking and budget spending following in Wine, Food and Beverage.
- Liaise with Inventory and Finance for accuracy of the Sales data and Marketing data input and defining
