Job Vacancy: Operations Manager

Location: Ubud – Bali

Employment Type: Full Time

Fas a Fas is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery business. This role will be responsible for managing the performance and operations of our café outlet and takeaway store, ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen and maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and product quality.

Responsibilities:

OUTLET OPERATIONS

  • Oversee daily operations of one café outlet and one takeaway store
  • Ensure smooth service flow, operational efficiency, and proper team coordination
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and customer experience

TEAM LEADERSHIP

  • Supervise and support outlet teams including front-of-house staff
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team discipline
  • Foster a positive, professional, and productive working environment

OPERATIONAL STANDARDS

  • Work directly with the General Manager on operational planning and performance
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef to ensure alignment between kitchen production and outlet operations
  • Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams

INVENTORY & STOCK CONTROL

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing team
  • Ensure proper inventory management and minimize waste

SALES & PERFORMANCE MONITORING

  • Monitor outlet performance including daily sales and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and customer satisfaction

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Ensure a welcoming and high-quality experience for guests at both outlets
  • Handle operational issues and support the team in resolving customer concerns

Requirements:

  • Minimum D3 graduate in any field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in F&B, café, bakery, or hospitality operations
  • Experience managing café or restaurant outlets is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage daily operations effectively
