Job Scope
Oversee and manage overall outlet operations and daily business activities
Drive and improve sales performance through effective planning and execution
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives
Work closely with Branch Managers to enhance outlet performance and team productivity
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational standards, and service quality
Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen sales and service capabilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty
Handle escalated customer feedback and ensure timely service recovery
Support and execute promotional campaigns, including new treatments and product launches
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and operational updates for management

Requirements
At least 5 years of management experience in retail, beauty, service, or related industries
Experience managing multiple outlets will be an advantage
Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with experience in handling customer feedback
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable plans
