The millions, living and working in Jakarta, are in crisis. Half have opted to live in a kost; unable to make the most out of their social life by being stuck in a "restrictive" space made for two to stay at most, unable to lead a healthy lifestyle by constantly eating take-outs rather than having time and space to prep proper meal for themselves. Another half? Spending hours stuck in a commute, giving away health and time on the way.
This is not just a crisis for individuals. The apartment industry in Jakarta is also in crisis. With just 53% occupancy level, we’re looking at the misallocation of resources and land for living space, we’re looking at an idle resource hindering us from having a sustainable city.
So, we decided to Flokq the crisis away. We, at Flokq, are advocates of simple solutions. Our aim is to provide comfortable yet affordable homes to city dwellers. We offer our members the opportunity to become a part of something bigger than themselves, something that makes us who we are - our community, our flock. Program Overview
The Flokq Internship will be 2-3-month (extendable) duration. You will cultivate meaningful relationships and develop strong interpersonal and business skills that will set you apart from your peers. This role is complex, and demanding in a high paced environment.
Position/Role Overview
Looking to launch a career in operations? As part of our operations team you will get experience and exposure to high level projects that streamline operations and make them more efficient by having a constant stream of inventory . In your role as an intern, you will have opportunities to develop, influence, and execute strategy within an innovative and dynamic space unlike any other company. We are looking for savvy hustlers to assist us with acquisition and operation initiatives. Requirements:
Graduated with Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong people skills.
A hustler by nature!
Authorized to work in Indonesia.
