Job description for Operations Intern at Fresh Cars Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
· Support operations team in overall management of daily operational activities
· Ensure smooth handling of customers and the flow of vehicles
· Manage the overall operation and maintenance of the fleet and ensure vehicles are maintained in good condition
· Manage customer feedback and complaints regarding vehicle condition and repairs
· Manage all matters relating to vehicle, accident, and breakdown issues with customers
· Develop and implement vehicle preventive maintenance programs
· Generate monthly reports regarding vehicle maintenance and accidents
Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Possess Class 3 driving licence
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
