About the Role
Want to build a career in fintech but not sure where to start?
Join our Operations Associate Track, a ground-up career pathway designed for individuals who want to learn how a financial technology business operates from the inside.
This is not a routine admin role. You will gain real exposure to customer operations, application support, service delivery and daily business execution in a fast-moving fintech environment.
You will learn how customers are onboarded, how applications are supported, how internal teams coordinate, and how day-to-day business operations are carried out.
Over time, you will be developed based on your strengths and performance, with opportunities to grow into senior operations, customer success, business operations, loan operations, branch operations or team lead roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with onboarding, enquiries and application-related matters
- Support customer journey and day-to-day operational workflows
- Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp or other communication channels
- Assist with application processing and document checks
- Update internal systems accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support appointment, service and branch operations
- Handle ad-hoc operational duties as required
- Take on additional responsibilities as you progress
Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome, including ITE, Polytechnic Diploma, Private Diploma and Private Degree holders
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, banking, call centre or operations will be an advantage
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face, by phone and through messaging channels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
- Hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to follow processes
- Comfortable with operational targets and service standards
- Basic computer literacy

Working Hours
- 5-day work week. Candidates must be able to work on Saturdays.
- Work schedules will be arranged between 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, depending on operational needs.
