You will be
Come take ownership of our customer experience as well as playing a role in improving the process cross-functionally with key partners across Marketing, Product, Finance and Engineering to solve issues and create effective, scalable solutions. You will lead a team dedicated to creating the best customer experience for PolicyPal, enabling consumers to learn about personal finance and planning for their financial freedom. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Communicate and create best in class customer experience through inbound customer requests via call, live chat and email.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve resolution of requests and issues
- Work with cross-functional teams (i.e. Product, Marketing and Operations) to streamline processes to facilitate solving customer issues accurately and efficiently.
- Create process enhancements and efficiencies via proactive improvement projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, champion, and launch new initiatives; incubate new service lines and offerings to prepare them for scale
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Follow and assist in improving communications guidelines and policies.
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Oversee and participate in quarterly and annual audits.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance/ insurance/ startup
- Prior experience in startup or tech/ consulting companies, have quickly assumed responsibilities
- Break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work
- Results-oriented in tracking one’s progress and performance against department and company’s priorities
- Solid track record of achievement, demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in
- Experience working with tools such as SQL, Python and Excel is a bonus
