Havanna Family Reflexology sedang mencari Operations & Service Manager yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin dan memastikan kelancaran operasional seluruh cabang. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab menjaga konsistensi standar layanan, meningkatkan kualitas customer experience, mengelola performa operasional, serta memastikan setiap outlet berjalan efektif, efisien, dan sesuai standar perusahaan.

Responsibilities

  • Mengawasi operasional seluruh cabang agar berjalan sesuai SOP dan standar layanan perusahaan.
  • Memastikan kualitas pelayanan, kebersihan, dan customer experience tetap konsisten di setiap outlet.
  • Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja cabang serta tim operasional.
  • Menangani dan mengawasi penyelesaian keluhan pelanggan secara efektif.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait (HC, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, dan GA) untuk mendukung kebutuhan operasional.
  • Memastikan kesiapan fasilitas, manpower, dan kebutuhan operasional cabang.
  • Menganalisis performa operasional serta menjalankan program perbaikan dan efisiensi berkelanjutan.

Requirements

  • Minimal S1 dari jurusan Manajemen, Hospitality, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang operasional dan 2 tahun di level Supervisor/Manager.
  • Berpengalaman mengelola operasional multi-cabang, terutama di industri hospitality, retail, wellness, atau service.
  • Memahami SOP operasional, service excellence, customer experience, dan manajemen tim.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, komunikasi, dan analisis yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja secara detail, tegas, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan.
