Job description for Operations and Admin Manager at PT Rakia Studio Bali
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Admin Manager to support daily business operations and grow B2B partnerships for Washed Laundry Canggu.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, finance, payroll, invoices, and monitor cash flow
- Handle HR administration, attendance, recruitment support, and registration or updates in BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
- Build and maintain B2B partnerships with hotels, villas, gyms, spas, and restaurants
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and supplier coordination
- Monitor stock, inventory, and operational supplies
- Support social media activities and respond to customer in a timely manner
- Prepare daily, weekly, and flag any operational issues to management
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally
- Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic bookkeeping
- Understanding of HR administration and BPJS is preferred
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
