Job description for Operations and Admin Manager at PT Rakia Studio Bali

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Admin Manager to support daily business operations and grow B2B partnerships for Washed Laundry Canggu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, finance, payroll, invoices, and monitor cash flow
  • Handle HR administration, attendance, recruitment support, and registration or updates in BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan
  • Build and maintain B2B partnerships with hotels, villas, gyms, spas, and restaurants
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and supplier coordination
  • Monitor stock, inventory, and operational supplies
  • Support social media activities and respond to customer in a timely manner
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and flag any operational issues to management

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Able to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic bookkeeping
  • Understanding of HR administration and BPJS is preferred
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work independently
