Washed Laundry Canggu is looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Admin Manager to support daily business operations and grow B2B partnerships for us.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, finance, payroll, invoices, and monitor cash flow.
- Handle HR administration, attendance, recruitment support, and registration or updates in BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.
- Build and maintain B2B partnerships with hotels, villas, gyms, spas, and restaurants.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and supplier coordination.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and operational supplies.
- Support social media activities and respond to customer in a timely manner.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and flag any operational issues to management.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic bookkeeping.
- Understanding of HR administration is preferred.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
