At Growell - Operational Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring seamless operations across our outlets while delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with our healthy lifestyle brand. You will lead store performance, strengthen team capability, and drive sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities,
- • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Growell outlets, ensuring operational excellence and service consistency.
- • Lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance and service standards.
- • Drive sales growth through execution of campaigns, in-store initiatives, and customer engagement.
- • Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained across all stores.
- • Monitor and control inventory levels to support smooth operations and minimize waste.
- • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve store results.
- • Support expansion and continuous improvement initiatives across outlets.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with brand standards and business objectives.
- • Manage budgeting, reporting, and operational planning processes.
- • Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions with strong leadership and communication.
Qualifications,
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- • 5-10 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- • Strong understanding of retail operations, especially in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.
- • Passion for healthy lifestyle brands and delivering excellent customer experience.
- • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- • Willing to travel across store locations as needed.
- • Work location at Pondok Indah, South Jakarta.
