- JOB QUALIFICATION
- Mempunyai pengalaman dibidangnya minimal 3 tahun.
- Minimal S1 Manajemen, Bisnis, Teknik Industri, Hospitality Management, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan menggunakan program Ms.Office.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership sehingga mampu mengatur dan menjalankan aturan di outlet sesuai SOP perusahaan.
- Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu.
- Dapat berkomunikasi menggunakan Bahasa Jepang dan Bahasa Inggris.
- Pencapaian target revenue operasional.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reports to the Management for all service matters and issues.
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities across all departments.
- Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Ensure operational targets and business objectives are achieved
- Manage and monitor operational budgets.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to improve financial performance.
- Ensure appropriate workforce planning and staffing levels.
- Capable to make campaign or promo to make revenue increase
- Support recruitment, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Discuss with the Management in store on staff skill progress and report to the them
- And any other taskt that been given by Management
