Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in kitchen, F&B, or manufacturing (kitchen equipment is a plus)
- Strong understanding of operational workflow, production planning, and quality control
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and daily operations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with SOP development, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen/production operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor production planning, inventory, and resource allocation
- Ensure product quality standards and operational compliance are consistently met
- Create, evaluate, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales)
- Lead, supervise, and develop operational/kitchen team performance
- Control operational costs and ensure optimal use of resources
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
