Job description for Operation & Reservation Supervisor at Raya Group

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2–4 years in Padel Sport or premium customer service, with prior supervisory experience essential.
Available to work evenings and weekends on a rotating shift basis, in line with the club's peak operating hours.
Experience in a sports club/wellness/lifestyle brand, with reconciliation and event/programme registration exposure, is a strong advantage.
Exceptional bilingual (Bahasa Indonesia & English) communication skills; strong command of WhatsApp Business, booking, and POS systems.
Natural upseller, calm under pressure, detail-obsessed with finances and bookings, and able to lead a team on a busy floor.
