Job description for Operation Admin Executive at Das Umbrella Singapore
The Admin Executive’s main duty is to be responsible for all administrative and clerical tasks. We depend on you in keeping track of operational information, so this is a very important role! We need a motivated individual who can work independently and as a team. The Admin Executive will provide support to the supervisor and ground staff, assisting with operational needs. If you are someone who enjoys paperwork and tracking information, this is for you.
Working Hours: Weekdays 10am-6pm/ Weekends 10am-5pm (1 weekday off)
Salary: $2000-$2600
Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Attend to walk in customers
- Conduct stock check to ensure inventory accuracy
- Promptly update information on Microsoft Office
- Perform daily house keeping duties related to Administrative tasks
Job Requirement
- Min GCE 'O' Level
- Must be able to commit to both weekends
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Min 1 year working experience required
