Job description for Operation Admin Executive at WELLNESS UNICORN PTE LTD
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Assist in answering of incoming calls from outlet
- Assist in calling of daily new Leads
- Attending to customer / enquiries where necessary
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
- Support daily operations
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Basic Customer service experience
- Accountable to everyone in all forms of communication in a prompt and timely manner
- Excellence in communicating messages and ensuring positivity in all communication (verbal, phone, and email) with customer service excellence
- Must do work with pride and expect excellence in own work
- Must have basic knowledge in usage of Excel for reports
- Must be highly organised with record-keeping skills, Timely & accurate updates on reports as assigned
- Ensuring all processes are done accordingly to the company values and practices
- Must be flexible and highly adaptable to new or sudden situations
- Independent and service-oriented
- An ability to remain calm and react fast under stressful circumstances
- Initiate and nurture steady relationships with all customers. Build rapport and establish good relationship with customers to ensure customer retention & loyalty.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be well-versed in English and at least one other language
- Be willing to learn
