OH! Art Walk 2027: Producer

At OH!, we believe every place has stories worth telling.

For the past 17 years, we've invited people to step into forgotten buildings, walk unfamiliar streets, meet unexpected neighbours, and experience Singapore through art. Through our projects, we uncover overlooked stories and invite people to see Singapore in new ways.

As Producer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering OH!'s upcoming Art Walk. Working closely with the curatorial team, artists, and partners, you will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality — balancing timelines, budgets, and logistics to bring ambitious artistic projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project timelines, workplans, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with artists, curators, fabricators, contractors, venue partners, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
• Monitor project budgets, quotations, and expenditures to ensure resources are used effectively.
• Coordinate artwork production, installation, maintenance, and deinstallation.
• Manage operational logistics, including procurement, transport, permits, site access, equipment rental, and volunteer deployment where required.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Experience managing exhibitions, arts projects, events, festivals, or similar productions.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with artists and colleagues.
• Passion for the arts, culture, heritage, and community engagement.
