Job description for Office & Villa Operation Admin at MIO ESTATE BALI

Mio Estate is a villa management located in Umalas, Bali.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office & Villa Operation Admin to support our villa and office operations. If you're someone who loves keeping things running smoothly — this is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks related to office and villa operations
  • Coordinate communication between the office team, villa staff, suppliers, and guests
  • Maintain and organize company documents, reports, and filing systems
  • Assist with bookkeeping records, invoices, payment tracking, and data entry
  • Prepare operational reports and update internal records regularly
  • Support villa operational needs, including maintenance follow-ups and guest requests
  • Monitor office supplies and operational inventory
  • Assist management with operational and administrative support as needed
  • Ensure all administrative processes are handled accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, hospitality, villa management, or related field
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of accounting and administrative processes
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
  • Good English communication is preferred
  • Bali-based candidates are preferred
