· Manage and oversee NFT platform content
· Write, produce, edit and vet copy for NFT platform
· Ensure high quality standards are achieved for all content
· Implement new content ideas to increase readership
· Establish workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
· Establish a publishing schedule and editorial calendar for coming year in consultation with management, sales and marketing departments
· Manage and oversee editorial budget
· Search and select suitable contributors and experts, commission stories, negotiate and assign fees, control expenses
· Report to management on a regular basis. Consult with MD in preparing annual budget, adhere to final budget as approved by management
· Work and collaborate with the marketing department to optimise readership and exposure for the platform, as well as assist in the planning of events, contests, surveys and campaigns
· Work and collaborate with the sales department on all sales related activity including generating ideas for client pitches
· Participate in generating ideas for client pitches, attend client pitches where required and actively engage in sales efforts
· Attend internal meetings to plan editorial content and strategy, and where needed, to provide editorial perspective for business decisions
· Act as an upstanding representative of NFT platform at external functions, events and trips (as required).
· Perform other job-related duties (as required).
· Be prepared to contribute to other on and offline publications of the company.
· Minimum 3 years of editorial experience, preferably in lifestyle, art, fashion and luxury brands coverage
· Good understanding of NFTs, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency etc
· Self-motivated, quality-conscious, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Be familiar with editorial workflow, editorial budget planning, sourcing and commissioning of stories
· Observe office hours/working time, be punctual for client meetings
· Attend corporate and internal events and meetings
· Be friendly to co-workers, visitors, partners
· Keep all internal company information confidential; in particular, don’t share information about other clients’ discounts
· Be diligent with office equipment and personal belongings of co-workers.
· Dress appropriately and keep a tidy outer appearance.
