Job description for New Product Development - Private Label at Tentang Anak

This position is under the Private Label Department which will manage the development of Tentang Anak Private Label product. This person is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: planning, gathering, and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and defining the product vision. This position also ensures the product supports the company’s overall values, mission, and vision

Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and roadmap especially for skincare product
Closely work with Tentang Anak product consultant to ensure project timeline and product development process is alligned and on track 
Conduct research and development for new and on demand product
Work with external third parties to assess product development, partnership, and licensing opportunities (i.e Maklon, BPOM)
Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage product and samples
Identifying market analysis of product
Managing product development financial projection, such as but not limited to  sample fee, BPOM fee, and  marketing budget
Strategy development for product positioning in the market 

Requirements
Experience and familiar research and development/ brand manager in skincare industry or consumer goods minimum 3 years
Deep understanding of product research and development
Demonstrated capability and related previous working experience in launching successful products in the market
Technical background with experience in Product licensing management procedures (i.e BPOM Procedure)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing and managing various types of skin care product
Able to work in fast pace industry and an adaptive person
