Job description for Network Operation Center at D~net
- Handling and communicate daily problems to customers.
- Responsible for escalated network operation.
- Daily technical support to handle problem such as Network Element monitoring, Escalation Problem Solving / Trouble Ticketing, Guiding Customers for Handling Problems, and Internal Trouble Ticket’s Coordination.
- Create daily report to NOC Section Head (problems and reconciliations)
- Follows operating procedures and utilizes established support tools for analysis and reporting requirements.
- Analyze customer problem/needs, provide suggestion related with the customer network if needed to solve the problems or meet their requirements.
- Graduated from computer science, IT or a related study.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field especially ISP.
- Able to analyze problems, issues & needs and provide robust but adaptable solutions which meet current and future requirements.
- Preferably earning networking certifications.
- Advance understanding and experience in OSPF, BGP (eBGP and iBGP) and Spanning Tree Protocol
- Experience and able to deploy MPLS.
- Able to read network analyzer data.
- Process good problem solving and tracing skill - able to identify problem and trace them down to the source.
- Practical scripting language experience will be advantages (Shell, Phyton).
- Must be willing to work shifting and be available 24/7 for urgent requests.
- Must be willing to work off hours or weekend for maintenance purposes as well
- Able and willing to work immediately in Surabaya
- Must have been vaccinated Covid-19 (please provide the certificate)
