Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.

• CCNA certification or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience in WAN network management and IT networking support.

• Experience in operating and maintaining network switches and routers is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of cellular technologies and supporting network equipment.

Scope of Work (SOW)

• Monitor, maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot the ISAT (Private 5G) network for customers.

• Prepare incident reports whenever network issues occur.

• Escalate issues to the next support level when necessary.

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding the Indosat network services they use.
