MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Position Purpose
- The primary purpose of this role is to serve as MT Operations Manager as a part of the Operations organization you will manage the Area Supervisors to deploy, track and follow up with the implementation/execution requirement in line with operations guidelines for each account to ensure highest efficiency in stores.
Expectations
- This role will be based in Vietnam and will Implement operational guidelines KPI to all customers store and have clear tracking schedule and reporting
- Have root-cause learning analysis and improvement proposal
- Help to Improve in-store execution process and staff’s productivity
- Assist in Improving in-store brand image
- Qualitative and quantitative of merchandising vs marketing plan
- Periodically checking stock inventory in assigned stores
- Consistently updating the relevant departments on the latest activities from competitors in stores
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team and ensure all operation guidelines are being covered
- Continuously improving the team and ensuring that the team is working with committed spirit
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations preferably in FMCG or Retail industry
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese as this role will be facing off to Vietnamese clients and customers
- Exposure using MS Office (word, excel, ppt)
- Good communication skills (both oral and writing)
- Solid execution and implementation skills
- Sound Inter-personal skills
- Strong interpersonal skill
